GPT Talk may store chat history, key information, and app preferences locally on your device. If iCloud sync is enabled on your device and used by the app, related local app data may also be synced through Apple’s iCloud services.

• Directly from you when you type content, upload files, record audio, contact support, or request that your key be emailed to you
• Automatically when the app sends requests to our servers to complete chat, translation, speech, purchase, storage, or image-generation features

• Apple, for iCloud sync and in-app purchase related services when applicable

The information shared depends on the feature you use. For example:

• Chat requests may include your text, context, selected model, and any images or PDFs attached to the request
• Translation requests may include the source text and language settings
• Speech-to-text requests may include your audio recording

You may choose not to use features that require submitting data to GPT Talk servers or third-party AI providers. On iOS, GPT Talk requests your permission before data is sent to third-party AI services for relevant features. You may also clear local chat history within the app.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
